A server that is never updated, a security patch applied too late, a change made on a Friday evening that brings everything down on Monday: without regular maintenance, your IT systems degrade. Our IT maintenance contract provides operational maintenance for SMEs and local authorities across the Alpes-Maritimes and the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur): we keep your setup up to date, secure and stable, month after month.
What does an IT maintenance contract include?
- Scheduled updates: operating systems, software and network equipment are updated on a known schedule, outside your peak hours.
- Security patches: published vulnerabilities are assessed and fixed, prioritised by the real risk to your business.
- Verified backups: we check that they run and that they restore, not just that they exist.
- Monitoring and support: your infrastructure is watched continuously and you reach a technician who knows it.
Controlled changes
An update or a new configuration is a risk when it is improvised. Change management means preparing each change, planning how to roll it back and applying it at the right time. Our setups are documented and versioned: we know what changed, when and why, and we can return to the previous state.
How much does IT maintenance cost?
The contract is based on a monthly fee known in advance, set according to the size of your IT estate and your availability requirements. No nasty surprises at the end of the month. One-off projects (installation, migration, audit) are quoted separately.
For critical systems, an on-call arrangement to suit you can be added to the contract.
Operational maintenance relies on IT monitoring of your servers and network to detect problems early, and on IT asset management for your users’ day-to-day needs.
Tools: Ansible for reproducible setups, Centreon and Grafana for monitoring, Veeam for backups.
