IT asset management

Your workstations, servers and accounts, managed day to day

A new hire starts on Monday and nothing is ready. A former employee can still open their mailbox. Nobody knows how many licences you are paying for and not using. IT asset management solves these everyday problems: we provide managed IT services for the workstations, servers and accounts of SMEs in Grasse, Cannes, Nice and across the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur).

What our managed IT services cover

  1. Workstations: preparation, installation and updates of Windows or Linux computers, so everyone works on a clean, up-to-date machine.
  2. Servers: file servers, business applications, virtual machines. We administer them, on site or hosted.
  3. Accounts and permissions (Active Directory): the directory that controls who can access what. New starters, leavers and role changes are handled quickly, and permissions stay consistent.
  4. Microsoft 365: email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint configured, secured and looked after.
  5. Licences and inventory: an up-to-date inventory of your hardware and software. You know what you pay for, and why.

A contact who knows your IT estate

During business hours, you go straight through to a technician who knows your setup, not a switchboard. Most requests are handled remotely: incidents are resolved in under 30 minutes on average. We come on site when the situation calls for it.

Switching IT provider without starting from scratch

Already have a provider, or a setup that has grown piecemeal over the years? We start with an assessment: network, servers, workstations, backups and access. We document what exists, organise the handover with your current provider and keep what works.

IT asset management goes hand in hand with our IT maintenance contract, which covers updates and monitoring for a monthly fee, and with tested backups of your servers and Microsoft 365.

Tools: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, and Ansible to automate workstation and server preparation.

A few workstations or several hundred? Tell us about your setup and we will show you how to take back control.
